At Artival (https://artival.in), we take pride in offering authentic, carefully curated artworks. Your satisfaction is important to us, but due to the unique nature of art, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Return Eligibility
✔ Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The artwork was delivered damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item (different from your order)
⚠ Note:
- Minor color variations due to screen differences are not considered defects
- Custom-made, commissioned, or personalized artworks are non-returnable
2. Return Process
If your order meets the eligibility criteria:

Step 2: Provide your Order Number, photos of the artwork, and a clear description of the issue
Step 3: Our team will review and approve valid return requests
Step 4: Return the item in its original packaging within 7 days of approval (return shipping to be handled by the customer unless otherwise stated)
3. Refund Policy
✔ Upon receiving and inspecting the returned artwork, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
✔ Refunds are made via the original payment method
✔ Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part
⚠ If the artwork is damaged during return transit due to improper packaging, we reserve the right to reject the refund
4. Non-Returnable Items
🚫 The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom artwork, commissioned projects, or personalized orders
- Art prints or pieces labeled as “Final Sale”
- Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling by the customer
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only if the item has not yet been shipped. Once dispatched, the return process applies.
